A sister city relationship is a broad-based, officially approved, long-term co-operative agreement between cities/towns in geographically & politically distinct areas to promote cultural & commercial ties. The relationships aim to increase cultural understanding, increase knowledge, forge goodwill and promote business, between sister cities.

Sister city partnerships have the potential to carry out the widest possible diversity of activities of any international program, including every type of business, professional, educational and cultural exchange or project. Sister city programs are also unique in that they inherently involve the three main sectors in a community: local government, businesses, and a wide variety of citizen volunteers (and civil society or non-profit organizations).

The three cities of Hyderabad, Brisbane and Ipswich have joined hands by signing a Tri-Sister City Partnership to promote business and cultural ties. This relationship will open the local markets to businesses in India & Australia.

Dhanush InfoTech has made significant contribution in this process to strengthen business opportunities and promote mutual business strengths from both India and Australia. With critical contribution towards this, City Councils of Brisbane, Ipswich and Hyderabad have chosen Dhanush as ambassador to promote business between the three cities. As part of this initiative, Dhanush is setting up Tri-City Business Promotion Office at Hyderabad and Ipswich, which will facilitate trade partnerships for easier startups in both countries.
